About MetaMind
MetaMind Consulting was created from a simple belief: people can change when they understand themselves.
Over the years, I have seen that many people are capable, intelligent and hardworking, yet struggle with overthinking, self-doubt, procrastination, anger, emotional challenges, difficult relationships or a lack of direction. Often, the visible problem is only the surface. There is a deeper pattern underneath it.
*MetaMind is about looking beyond the surface.
My work brings together more than 25 years of experience as an educator with my work as a counsellor and coach. This allows me to look at a person not only through the problem they bring, but also through the way they think, feel, respond and make choices.
At MetaMind, I work with teenagers, adults and parents through counselling, coaching and structured programs. I am also developing practical frameworks around common challenges such as procrastination and anger, based on the patterns I have observed through my work with people.
I don’t believe that one solution works for everyone. Every person has a different story, different circumstances and different patterns. My role is not to tell you who you should become. It is to help you understand yourself better, recognise what may be holding you back, and develop the ability to make more conscious choices.
Because meaningful change begins with understanding.
